The LMV service appeared competitively priced. I was kept informed on the moving day of timings etc which was fine. However, the team arrived with a replacement van which did not have any means of additional protection for goods in transit - no blankets (we provided one), no straps/ties etc.. The 2 man team worked very fast and, in my opinion, were not sufficiently careful with our furniture. Subsequent to the move, we have 2 damaged chests of drawers and one scratched cupboard side. I telephoned the company on the day of the move to raise these issues and was promised a call back which has not been received. A case of more haste less speed would have, in my view, prevented the damage to our furniture.

I have to say i called three different companies before and they didn't reply properly. So i came over london-man-van. I Had the quote within twenty minutes. The driver contacted me an hour before,was right in time and very friendly. If i need that service again, i would not hesitate to book again.
