Excellent service the van was available to assist the same day and within submitting the online form I received, within an hour, a confirmed booking notification via email and text.

The van was very clean and well equipped. The van driver was a real good guy with pleasant disposition, helpful, polite and a real grafter.

The items transported from one location to the other were handled respectfully and carefully as it they were their own belongings which was very appreciated . The van driver managed the job he had been assigned amid the Covid-19 pandemic following the additional safety measures in place to protect themselves, this appreciative customer and doing so all the while respecting social distancing amongst members of the public accessing/leaving the two buildings visited.

To add to the drivers credit, they arrived at the job assignment well ahead of the time booked and left a voice message to bring their presence to my attention.

Madalin and Vatali were excellent! We booked for a house move, furniture only. They were professional, calm and methodical and took great care of our furniture. We booked a Luton van which worked well and they kept exactly to the time booked. It was really the most straightforward, best and most reasonably priced move we have done. Quoted for 4 hours and 2 men. Admittedly I had to move out in a rush, so I didn’t have proper boxes and was using a lot of bags and trays etc. Despite being a little bit frustrated about this at first, the 2 guys got to work quickly and loaded the van very fast- patiently waiting for me at the destination and helping load everything safely into the second location. I would have hoped that having only used 3 hours of the 4 quoted we could’ve got a discount, but overall I would use this service again without issue.
