My driver Darius arrived 10 minutes early and called me to let him know he was there and asked me to let him know when I was ready. He was very friendly and courteous.
He did all the loading and I helped unload with light items as the delivery address was on the first floor.
Although I was sure I had paid online, in fact I hadn't. The man who I spoke to in the office was helpful and polite, although it was my fault that the payment had not been made. Sorry about that!
This is the second time that I have used London Man Van and would definitely recommend and use again.

LMV gave me a quote based on the complete furniture list that was provided. On move day they realised they had underestimated the van size and sent a larger one to help with the move. Unfortunately this also meant they added an additional £600 to the original quote. If I had known this was the the case I would've chosen another company that was cheaper. I asked LMV to honour their original quote given the mistake was on their part but they still asked for the full amount. I was also constantly harassed by one of their drivers who kept saying LMV would not pay him. The actual service by the drivers on the day was excellent and I can't fault them but the company does not understand good customer service nor how to treat their employees, won't be using them again.
