Thanks so much to Robert and Darek who worked so hard and were so fast at loading everything into their van. They had a tough job ahead of them, getting some really heavy furniture down my narrow first floor staircase on one of the hottest days of the year so far, but they did so with care and efficiency. There was a minor issue with the van at the start, but customer service resolved it quickly and ensured the driver arrived on time. I also appreciated that Paulina followed up the next day to check that everything had gone well.
