Our delivery was delayed from ordered 9:00 to around 11:00. In all fairness you had tried to contact us but we had not been home. We appreciate those efforts as well. With the actual delivery everything went very well. The driver was very helpful with loading and unloading so could not ask for more.

There was a minor issue with the van at the start, but customer service resolved it quickly and ensured the driver arrived on time. I also appreciated that Paulina followed up the next day to check that everything had gone well.
