We were let down by three, yes three removals services. London Man Van stepped in last minute to save the day and were absolute troopers. They provided value for money but more importantly their staff were professional and friendly, going that extra mile to ensure our furniture wasn't scratched or damage both on the journey and during the offloading process. I had a really pleasant experience with this moving company. The whole process felt safe and comfortable — which meant a lot to me, as I’ve had... I had a really pleasant experience with this moving company. The whole process felt safe and comfortable — which meant a lot to me, as I’ve had some difficult experiences before. Chika (the driver) and Peter (the mover) were both polite, considerate, and efficient. I did book a 30-minute packing service, but later realised it might not be the most effective use of their time, so I chose to complete most of the packing myself. They still handled everything with great care and made the move much smoother than I expected. The only small confusion I had was that the website mentioned the driver would not take part in moving items, so I initially thought there would be three people instead of two. But overall, Chika and Peter worked quickly, stayed professional, and made the day far less stressful. I truly appreciate their effort and attitude — highly recommended for anyone who values a safe and reliable service.
