I was very impressed and happy with how easy it was to get a quote, book the van and receive confirmation. Very quick and easy process. The driver was there on time and worked non-stop to help with carrying quite a lot of heavy boxes, furniture and other items. Could never have done it without him. From the moment they arrived, I knew I was in safe hands. These two are a proper team. They handled everything with real care and made the whole process feel effortless. Loading and unloading was quick, organised, and they treated my belongings like their own. They didnt have a problem with anything, neither the tight spaces, and the usual London moving headaches without a single issue. What really stood out was their attitude. Ali and Casper were polite, professional, and genuinely good company throughout the entire move. They worked fast without ever rushing or being careless, kept me updated the whole way, and there were no surprises with the price, exactly what was quoted.
