I was very impressed and happy with how easy it was to get a quote, book the van and receive confirmation. Very quick and easy process. The driver was there on time and worked non-stop to help with carrying quite a lot of heavy boxes, furniture and other items. Could never have done it without him. There was a minor issue with the van at the start, but customer service resolved it quickly and ensured the driver arrived on time. I also appreciated that Paulina followed up the next day to check that everything had gone well.
