Driver very polite, helped us pack even though we didn't request it. Called, arrived and drove exactly as previously agreed. The van was well equipped and clean.

There was a minor issue with the van at the start, but customer service resolved it quickly and ensured the driver arrived on time. I also appreciated that Paulina followed up the next day to check that everything had gone well.
