I used this company twice already and both times I was very happy with the service I received. I booked the medium van and 1 man to move some stuff from the self storage place for the same day. They came in a Luton van with 2 men, but charged for a smaller van and only for 1 man price, which is great! They both worked hard and they were polite and professional. I forgot to ask the names, but they mentioned they are from Moldova. Very happy customer once again. I would highly recommend this company.

Quotes are not transparent - ended up getting charged nearly double the original cost for less than one hour extra moving time *Editing in response to LMV’s reply - the quote was based on 2 hours of moving time, not 30 minutes. The entire job took about 2 hours and 40 minutes, and I was charged over £200 more (nearly double) than what I was originally quoted. If you’re going to publicly disclose details of your customer’s move, at least be truthful.
