Despite bad weather the team did a great job moving my furniture and belongings into a flat up three flights of stairs. Done with a smile eventhough it was back breaking work. They worked cleanly taking good care of the carpets and my belongings. Thank you

The team was friendly, professional, and we managed to complete the move within the scheduled time. There was a minor issue with the van at the start, but customer service resolved it quickly and ensured the driver arrived on time. I also appreciated that Paulina followed up the next day to check that everything had gone well.
