After being left stranded by another company with 2.5 hours to completion time, I was calmly and efficiently dealt with. A quick callback to confirm a driver available and timescale, followed by a call from the driver giving update on ETA. Driver enthusiastic, hard working and efficient.
I was impressed by all aspects of the service and will recommend at every opportunity.

Kacper and Tursunali handled the move efficiently and professionally, they were well prepared and incredibly friendly throughout. Paulina kept me fully informed the whole time, which I really appreciated. We did go over the allocated loading and unloading time, however she reassured me that any additional time would be charged at the same rate, not an inflated price. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be using them again!
