Guys texted before they arrived perfectly on time. Both guys were friendly, polite and helpful, secured all items well in the van, and then unloaded at the other end without ever scuffing a wall despite there being some very tight corners. Everything went incredibly smoothly, and Alex was exceptionally helpful throughout both the loading and unloading process. Thanks to our traditional Dutch staircase, we had to use a lift to move larger items out through the window. Even the lift operator commented on how skilled Alex was, it was clear he knew what he was doing. Alex was also very respectful, removing his shoes when entering our home, which we really appreciated. We would 100% recommend LMV and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again in the future.
