The removal man (Peter) was extremely helpful as well as polite and with good humour, even when we had to start taking everything up a flight of stairs. Would definitely use the service again.

There was a minor issue with the van at the start, but customer service resolved it quickly and ensured the driver arrived on time. I also appreciated that Paulina followed up the next day to check that everything had gone well.
