Easy to book online with a deposit paid to secure. Great service from driver. He was quick, friendly and efficient. Taking care not to damage any items and ensuring items were covered with blankets if needed. My driver was Wojtek - highly recommended and will be using again for my future moves!
The only con is the pricing. I was quoted a price that was excluding VAT without it being clear so I paid over than what I was expecting. Still a great price but could be clearer in the quote as well as the request to pay remaining balance.

LMV gave me a quote based on the complete furniture list that was provided. On move day they realised they had underestimated the van size and sent a larger one to help with the move. Unfortunately this also meant they added an additional £600 to the original quote. If I had known this was the the case I would've chosen another company that was cheaper. I asked LMV to honour their original quote given the mistake was on their part but they still asked for the full amount. I was also constantly harassed by one of their drivers who kept saying LMV would not pay him. The actual service by the drivers on the day was excellent and I can't fault them but the company does not understand good customer service nor how to treat their employees, won't be using them again.
