Communication with LVM was pretty good. Our LV man, Manuel, turned up early and was incredibly polite. A quick assessment was that we needed more time but he was clear about needing to do so.
He was efficient at getting loaded and unloaded and maintained a good sense of humour throughout! Thank you Manuel.
