Had great service! Arrived on time, efficient and polite. The lift in our new apartment was not working so we were told that we would have to pay a bit more for moving boxes up 2 floors, which was quoted as ยฃ12 - perfectly fair and in line with prices on the site as we had an initial quote with a working lift.
