Had great service! Arrived on time, efficient and polite. The lift in our new apartment was not working so we were told that we would have to pay a bit more for moving boxes up 2 floors, which was quoted as £12 - perfectly fair and in line with prices on the site as we had an initial quote with a working lift.

There was a minor issue with the van at the start, but customer service resolved it quickly and ensured the driver arrived on time. I also appreciated that Paulina followed up the next day to check that everything had gone well.
