Your instant quote will be displayed on our website and also sent to the email address you've provided. This quote encompasses all fees based on the information you've entered. Should the actual order details differ or if additional time for driving, loading, or unloading is required, the price may change accordingly.
Remember, the price includes one full load of the van size you select from the start to end points (e.g., A to B, or a multi-stop trip like A - B - C - D - E…). For each additional van load required, an extra charge will apply, equivalent to one hour's fee plus any additional distance and time costs.
In terms of manpower, if you opt for one helper, the driver will assist with loading and unloading. However, for heavy or large items, or if your move involves more than two floors without a lift, we recommend hiring two helpers. Please note, our staff may refuse to carry heavy items alongside clients to prevent any risk to health and safety.
If your move takes longer than the time you've initially booked, additional fees will be charged in 30-minute increments. However, extensions depend on our schedule and our ability to accommodate other clients, so accurate estimation of loading and unloading times is essential.
Traveling in the moving van to your destination is free of charge, provided there's an available passenger seat, and you indicate your wish to travel in the van at the time of booking. We advise arranging alternative transportation for yourself as we cannot guarantee passenger space due to the nature of our business focusing on moving property, not transporting people.
If your move involves buildings without operational elevators, we charge an additional fee per person per floor. To avoid this, you can move all your items to the ground floor prior to our arrival.
