  • ✔ Moving up to the fourth floor included (if no lift available) - Floor charges are applied based on selection in the booking form.

  • 🚫 Packaging materials - Not included; if needed, order separately on our website.
  • 🚫 Parking fees, fines, motorway tolls, and ferry charges - These costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • 🚫 Congestion Charge Zone Fee (£15 per day) - Applies if the move takes place within Central London (07:00-22:00, daily). Click here to check your address.
  • 🚫 Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) Fee (£12.50 + VAT per day) - Applies 24/7 within the same area as Congestion Charge. Click here to check if your address is affected.

Important Guidlines

*1 Customers may assist with loading and unloading, which can help speed up the process. However, please note that our drivers cannot carry heavy or bulky items together with the customer due to health and safety regulations. If the self-loading option is selected, the customer is fully responsible for loading and unloading the van.

*2 Please specify the estimated time required for packing and unpacking when making your online reservation. If the Packing Service is not selected, it will not be provided. This service is included in the hourly rates and charged accordingly. If the self-loading option is chosen, the customer is responsible for packing, unpacking, and preparing all items for the move.

*3 Please specify the estimated time required for furniture assembly or disassembly when making your online reservation. If furniture assembly is not selected, this service will not be provided. Assembly and disassembly are included in the hourly rates and charged accordingly. If the self-loading option is chosen, the customer is responsible for assembling, disassembling, and preparing the items for the move.

*4 Please provide the estimated time needed for loading and unloading accurately and ensure the correct flooring selectionduring the online booking process. If these details are not selected correctly, they will be adjusted during the service, which may affect the final price. If the self-loading option is chosen, the customer is responsible for carrying items up and down the stairs.

*5 One passenger may travel in the van only if a passenger seat is available. If you wish to travel in the van, please mention this during booking. However, please note that we cannot guarantee a seat, as our service is focused on transporting customers' belongings, not passengers. We strongly recommend arranging alternative transportation in case a seat is not available.

*6 Customers can select an insurance option during booking from the available choices or use their own home insurance. If the customer selects the self-loading option, our insurer does not provide coverage. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange additional insurance if needed or rely on their home insurance policy.
